Refunds are not available under any circumstances once access has been granted.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued for:
Duplicate payments
Payment gateway errors where payment is deducted but access is not provided
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [support@yourdomain.com] within 7 days of the transaction.
Valid refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
